As a psychologist, it is my intent to help people develop the knowledge and abilities necessary to manage psychological challenges in effective ways.

 

Dealing with emotions, thoughts, urges and cravings, family, relationships, substance use, money, trauma, sexuality, career and identity are intense challenges, leaving everyone overwhelmed and lost at times. Psychological challenges are inevitable and nothing to be ashamed of.

 

I work with individuals, couples and groups to teach them how to manage and overcome their psychological struggles and bring about a sense of comfort, peacefulness and strength.
